چکیده

The properties of bioaerosols are complex and diverse, have a direct impact on the environment, climate, human health. effective identification in atmosphere is very significant with regard to accurately obtaining atmospheric chemical characteristics making biological early warnings predictions. To improve detection large particle bioaerosol non-bioaerosol interference process recognition this study detected variety abiotic aerosols based single aerosol mass spectrometer (SPAMS). Furthermore, classification algorithm Zawadowicz ratio phosphate organic nitrogen optimized distinguish from aerosols. influence ionized laser energy methods thoroughly explored here. results show that 15 kinds pure fungal were by SPAMS wide size range sampling system, up 10 μm can be detected. Through spectra peak method PO3−/PO2− CNO−/CN−, when discriminating such as disruptive biomass combustion particles, automobile exhaust, dust bacterial aerosols, discrimination degree 97.7%. has strong specificity, which serve discriminant basis for identifying analytical processes.

Fluorescence preselection of bioaerosol for single-particle mass spectrometry.

We have designed, constructed, and tested a system that pre-selects the biological fraction of airborne particles from the overall aerosol. The preselection is based on fluorescence emission excited by a continuous 266 nm laser beam. This beam is one of two cw beams used to measure the aerodynamic particle size of sampled particles. The intention in our system is that single particles, based on...

Identification of high explosives using single-particle aerosol mass spectrometry.

The application of single-particle aerosol mass spectrometry (SPAMS) to the real-time detection of micrometer-sized single particles of high explosives is described. Dual-polarity time-of-flight mass spectra from 1000 single particles each of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazinane (RDX), and pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN), as well as those of complex explosives, Compo...
